For deliveries in Canada, orders are shipped M-F within 1 business day of your order from our warehouse in Ontario. Orders are unable to be changed once your order has been submitted- we move that quickly, so please double-check all your information before finalizing your order.
Ground Shipping:

Expedited Shipping: an additional fee is calculated at check out (based on your shipping address):
- Canada Post Xpresspost - up to 3 business days

We offer Optional Delivery Insurance as a way to protect your order in the event the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. This option is the default and will automatically be applied to your order upon checkout (for a nominal additional fee) because we highly recommend this :)
Please note that if you have opted out of the optional delivery insurance, carriers will not provide reimbursement for stolen packages. For orders that are lost or damaged in transit, we are unable to replace or reship the item without a claim submitted directly by you to the shipping carrier.*
Additionally, transit and delivery timelines are no longer guaranteed by shipping carriers. As a result, we are not able to refund shipping costs for orders that arrive later than expected. We recommend selecting your shipping option carefully to help ensure timely delivery.*
