Satisfaction Guarantee
SlumberPod proudly stands behind its products, and we want you and your family to be completely happy with your purchase. For that reason, we provide the following satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, you may return the product for a full refund minus the $15 restocking fee in the US or $20.00 in Canada (if the product has been opened or used). This satisfaction guarantee requires proof of purchase from www.slumberpod.com. Returned items must be in “like new” condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping insurance is non-refundable.
Purchases from third-party retailers will need to be returned to the original place of purchase. Please contact third-party retailers directly to initiate a return.

SlumberPod Limited Warranty
Products covered by this Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty covers the fabric and poles used to create SlumberPod and SlumberPodHomeBase from defects in material and workmanship. This Limited Warranty is provided by Slumberpod LLC. SlumberPod and SlumberPodHomeBase are designed to be used indoors only in a well-ventilated and climate-controlled environment. This Warranty does not cover your SlumberPod or SlumberPod HomeBase if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended function, design, and operating instructions.
This Limited Warranty also covers the SlumberPod Fan, electrical plug, and cord sold by Slumberpod LLC. SlumberPod Fan is designed to be used with SlumberPod indoors only in a well-ventilated and climate-controlled environment. This Limited Warranty does not cover your SlumberPod Fan if you use it in a manner incompatible with the intended function and design.
Certain exclusions apply and are described further in this Limited Warranty.
Who This Limited Warranty Applies To
This Limited Warranty applies only to the first purchaser of the SlumberPod, SlumberPodHomeBase, and SlumberPod Fan who purchased such product directly from www.slumberpod.com or www.slumberpod.ca. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. This Limited Warranty is not applicable for the commercial or rental use of the SlumberPod, SlumberPod HomeBase, or SlumberPod Fan. If purchased through a retailer or website other than www.slumberpod.com or www.slumberpod.ca, please contact that retailer for their warranty and return policies. This warranty does not apply to Open Box or SlumberPod MisFits. All claims made under this Limited Warranty must include proof of purchase.
SlumberPod’s Limited Warranty and Responsibilities
SlumberPod warrants that for 90 days from the date of delivery to you (the “Warranty Period”), SlumberPod, SlumberPodHomeBase, and SlumberPod Fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”), as long as SlumberPod, SlumberPodHomeBaseand SlumberPod Fan are used in a manner consistent with the intended function, design, and operating instructions as described above.
SlumberPod’s responsibility for defects is limited to repair or replacement as set forth in this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.
Standard shipping costs for warrantied replacement parts are included as part of this Limited Warranty.
What This Limited Warranty CoversFor SlumberPod and SlumberPodHomeBase
This Limited Warranty covers the following defects (“Defects”):
- Seam or fabric tears
- Bent poles
- Zippers that malfunction
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Any SlumberPod or SlumberPodHomeBase sold by resellers or third-parties
- Costs of return shipping
- Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear caused by ordinary use
- Damage during shipping
- A normal stray thread or similar cosmetic issue that can be removed without damaging the product and which does not affect the function or overall aesthetics of the SlumberPod or SlumberPodHomeBase
- Labor costs and expenses associated with “customer instruction” or troubleshooting and the repair or shipping of the product where no manufacturing defect is found
- Theft or loss of product
- Damage to the SlumberPod or SlumberPodHomeBase caused by improper installation, misapplication, negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instructions (e.g., cleaning/washing), abuse, negligent handling, damage due to mishandling in transit, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, stains, mold, snapped poles, etc.
- Any SlumberPod or SlumberPodHomeBase sold “as-is,” “returned,” “previously owned,” “open-box or any similar wording indicating that the SlumberPod or SlumberPodHomeBase is not “new” or of “standard quality,” or has been previously purchased or used by another owner
- Failures caused by any external cause or act of God, including but not limited to, collision, theft, vandalism, riot, war, fire, freezing, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, debris flow, tornado, or hurricane
- Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages caused by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or replacement of the defective part(s)
What This Limited Warranty Covers For SlumberPod Fan
This Limited Warranty covers the following defects:
- Fan malfunction
- Plug malfunction
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Any SlumberPod Fan sold by resellers or third-parties
- Costs of return shipping
- Damage during shipping
- Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear caused by ordinary use
- Damage outside of the United States or Canada resulting from the use of non-120 V 60 Hz electricity supplies
- Labor costs and expenses associated with “customer instruction” or troubleshooting and the repair or shipping of the product where no manufacturing defect is found
- Theft or loss of product
- Damage to the SlumberPod Fan caused by improper installation, misapplication, negligence, misuse, failure to follow product instructions, abuse, negligent handling, or damage due to mishandling in transit, including but not limited to: liquid exposure, broken blades, damaged plastic, exposed wiring on cords, etc.
- Any SlumberPod Fan sold “as-is,” “returned,” “previously owned,” or any similar wording indicating that the SlumberPod Fan is not “new” or of “standard quality,” or has been previously purchased or used by another owner
- Any damages due to: improper use/and or use of SlumberPod Fan as described above, use with other cords or electric plugs, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, travel damage, external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other reasons beyond our control
- Failures caused by any external cause or act of God, including but not limited to, collision, theft, vandalism, riot, war, fire, freezing, lightning, earthquake, windstorm, hail, water, flood, debris flow, tornado, or hurricane
- Any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages caused by defects in materials or workmanship, or any delay in repair or replacement of the defective part(s)
In the event of a defect during the 90-day Limited Warranty Period, SlumberPod LLC’s sole and exclusive liability will be to repair or replace such products (or the defective part) with products, parts, and components that are similar to the defective product and of equal value, subject to your fulfillment of “Your Responsibilities” below. Replacements are subject to availability and may be provided in a color different from those originally purchased. For limited/special edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock SlumberPod products covered by this Limited Warranty, SlumberPod guarantees a replacement of a product with equal or greater retail value and does not guarantee an exact replacement of the same item purchased.
Your Responsibilities: How to Initiate a Warranty Claim
In order to be eligible for this Limited Warranty, you must complete all steps for filing a warranty claim through SlumberPod’s customer support team and provide SlumberPod with proof of the original date of purchase and your Order Number. You must submit evidence of the defect with photo/video(s), and any claims must be sent to contact@slumberpod.com.
Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS SUBJECT TO THE DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY IN SLUMBERPOD’S TERMS OF USE AVAILABLE ON ITS WEBSITE.
How state law applies
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
RETURN POLICY
We’re here to help, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Your refund amount will be the purchase price minus the $15 restocking fee in the US or $20.00 in Canada (if the product has been opened or used).
NOTE: Optional shipping insurance cannot be refunded.
To help your return go as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:
- Use the Contact Us form or email contact@slumberpod.com to let us know to expect your return. Please include your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order along with details that will help us know why the item didn’t work out for you.
- Do not attempt to return a product without receiving a return authorization from SlumberPod and confirmation that your return request has been received.
- We will arrange the return for you by sending you a pre-paid return label to attach to the package and take to your post office or UPS. Please let us know the zip or postal code where you will drop off the package. In this case, the amount of the return shipping will also be deducted from your refund. Please return SlumberPod in the original shipping box or a similar size box if using our shipping label, as the shipping cost is based on the dimensions of the original shipping box. NOTE: Returns in larger boxes will be subject to additional fees deducted from your refund.
- Returned items must be in "like new" condition and in the original packaging. See “Damages” below for the return of damaged items.
- If SlumberPod approves your refund request, your refund, minus the $15 restocking fee in the US or $20.00 in Canada (if the product has been opened or used) will be processed and applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item. Depending upon your credit card company, it may take up to an additional 10 business days after the credit is applied for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
- You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of the item along with verification of the refund being processed.
- As an alternative to the above, SlumberPod may refund your purchase price without requiring you to return the products at its discretion.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT?
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 48 hours of the delivery. Please use the Contact Us form or email contact@slumberpod.com with a photo of the damage along with your name, your order number, and the email address associated with the order. Depending on the damage, you may receive replacement parts, reimbursement of amounts to repair the damaged item or a full replacement. We will walk you through the process and what to expect upon receipt of your email.
